HOW DO I RETURN?
- Please visit our customer service team.
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
TERMS OF RETURN
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- The item must be in its original condition, unworn.
- The complete packaging of the item must be returned in its original condition (paper, label, box). The box must be protected by a shipping box.
- We do not allow exchanges, we invite you to return your initial order and place a new order.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
You will receive return instructions by email when your request is accepted.
HOW LONG WILL THE REFUND TAKE?
Once your return is received and approved, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank / Paypal account. Refunds are always credited using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Shipping costs, as well as return fees, are to be paid by the customer. Zebjee does not refund shipping and return fees..
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. Zebjee is not responsible for any return shipping costs or losses incurred by the shipping company. You must use a shipping service that covers customs and import charges at destination.
